If you have just created your account with us and have not yet opened your confirmation email, clicked on the link provided, and indicated your doctor from the list provided, please do so now. This step will activate your access to their specific web support services.

Once you have confirmed your registration, just click on the header bar below with your doctor's name on it to access the web-enabled assessments, reports and educational resources they have chosen to make available to you.

When you proceed to your doctor's web support area, please make it your first priority to complete the 2 part health assessment process you will find there. Doing so enables your doctor to understand and support you in ways that have not been available to you before. Your doctor is the only one who will have access to your health information.

Important Note: Most doctors utilizing our web support system have made completion of our online health assessments compulsory for all of their patients, especially those they are seeing for the first time. The added depth of understanding they gain from the proper completion of these health assessments, combined with the added communication and education tools, makes this a "must do" for most. If you are unsure of your doctor's preference here, please check their clinic in order to avoid any delays and disappointments.
